Q. Who should I look for on arrival?
A. Our drivers will be waiting for you immediately in front of the exit from baggage reclaim in Geneva airport arrivals hall. They will be holding up a placard marked Aravis Transfers.

Please note that this is the Swiss side of the airport and you should not proceed to the French sector. Following the main signs for Arrivals will guide you to the Swiss side.
Q. What should I do if I can’t find my driver?
Occasionally due to bad weather or congestion on the Swiss – French border our drivers may be delayed – if this is the case we will use the mobile telephone number provided on booking to let you know. Our drivers will have this number as well so please make sure you do bring this phone with you and ensure you can be contacted if needed.

Please take a good look around the arrivals area for the Aravis Transfers placard – and if you would like to call us to check where your driver is then please use the numbers provided on your booking confirmation.
Q. What happens if my flight is delayed?
A. If your flight is delayed by up to 1 hour from its scheduled arrival time we will meet you direct from the flight and there will be no additional charge.

If your flight is delayed by between 1 and 2 hours from its scheduled arrival time we will do our best to meet you as soon as possible after arrival, but there may be a further wait at the airport due to our rescheduling. We will get you to your destination as booked but we cannot guarantee timescales and reserve the right to charge a supplement of up to €90 to cover costs of additional journeys and driver waiting time. Please note additional charges are only applied in worst case situations where we have to organise additional vehicles and/or incur extra costs

If your flight is delayed by more than 2 hours from its scheduled arrival time this may be treated as a cancellation and a new booking will have to be made. We cannot offer any refund for journeys cancelled less than 7 days before the date of travel. In the event of cancellation we can provide all documentation that you may need for a travel insurance claim. We will endeavour to help you reach your final destination although this will be subject to our vehicle and driver availability and may be charged separately. If we know about any delays in advance and can manage our schedule and workload accoringly then it is possible that no extra charges will be incurred. Extra charges would only be applied as a worst case scenario.
Q. Can you carry large items of baggage?
A. We can carry skis, snowboards, bikes etc. no problem, but we do need to know numbers of items IN ADVANCE so that we can choose the correct vehicle to send.

We don’t charge any supplement for large baggage items.
Q. Can you provide seats for children?
A. Yes, we have child seats for infants 0 – 18kg and booster seats for children 15 – 25kg. We need to know IN ADVANCE how many children and infants are with each party so that these can be provided.
